Beaches in Costa Rica
It is quite obvious that a small country with almost its entire borders bathed by the sea and with beautiful beaches can easily become the perfect honeymoon destination. That is the case of Costa Rica, one of the most interesting places in Central America. Sharing borders with both the Caribbean Sea on the east coast and the North Pacific on the west coast, this country is the clearest image of paradise. As a result of this, tourism expands more and more every year and honeymooners are among the most numerous visitors.
As you can imagine, beaches in Costa Rica are perhaps the main protagonists. They are all over the place and whether you choose the Caribbean or the Pacific shores, your moments will definitely be amazing. One of the richest and most interesting beach areas in Costa Rica is the city of Puerto Limón, located on the Caribbean side and with an incredibly important cruise tourism.

On the west coast, the Pacific one, you have lots of beaches that are disseminated through the great variety of towns and ports. They also receive a big number of cruises. Puntarenas is without a doubt one of the most famous beaches in the country, while you can also enjoy Jacó Beach (with a gorgeous coastal view), Hermosa Beach (with a truly natural and virgin scenery), Tambor Beach (with its dense vegetation) or Giant Beach (which is actually a rather small beach, ideal for relaxing activities and leisure moments).
