Aruba is one of the thousands of islands you will find in the Caribbean Sea. However, as each one of them does, Aruba has a magic of its own and should not be compared to any other one.

Aruba is considered to be one of the Lesser Antilles and it is actually located twenty seven km north of the South American country of Venezuela. This former Netherlands colony is now independent and its capital (and largest) city is Oranjestad, located in the northwest of the territory. However, this island still considers Queen Beatrix as its monarch and you should know that Dutch, not English nor Spanish, is the main language.
With a warm and sunny climate, this island is among the most beautiful ones in the South Caribbean region, with a flat geography and a truly interesting and adorable tradition and heritage.
In Aruba you will find that apart from Oranjestad, some other amazing cities and villages to discover are Barcadera, Noord, Paradera, Santa Cruz, Savaneta and Sint Nicolaas. All of them are truly beautiful and picturesque and within their streets you will be able to enjoy this island’s history and tradition in the most vivid and romantic way possible.
Besides these amazing cities, Aruba offers its visitors and honeymooners several interesting attractions among which we must mention the California Lighthouse, the Natural Pool, the Our Lady of Alto Visto Chapel, the Casibari Rock & Ayo Rock Formations, the Aruba Ostrich Farm, the Smelting Station and the Arikok National Park among lots of others. They are perfect to get in touch with Aruba’s nature and wildlife together, while in Boca Catalina and in Antilla Shipwreck you will be able to snorkel and practice some aquatic activities.
Some of the most famous Aruba beaches are Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, San Nicolaas Beach, the Hadikurari Beach or the Baby Beach.
